It is located at The Sanctuary development, which is only a two-minute drive from Championsgate, David Leadbetter's world famous golf academy. The home is fully furnished and very well equipped with all kitchen appliances and washing machine and dryer, towels and bed linen are also provided. The lounge has cable TV, video and music centre.

 The fully screened south facing pool has an enlarged deck and plenty of padded deck furniture making it the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at the attractions. There is a separate outside toilet, which is accessed from the pool deck and also an outside shower.

 The garage has been converted into a family games room with pool table, air hockey and darts.
